10 miles...or maybe 9.4
So Brian and I's attempt to run 10 miles through Moorestown ended up only being 9.4...close enough.....It felt great to run, I think we are ready for our 13 mile race IN ONE WEEK! .....
We are going to try to keep training this week but with the snow storm brewing - we will see how much running we get in before leaving for Florida on Friday.
Thank you to eveyone who has sponsored our miles! We are so grateful! As of Friday, Team Bean will be traveling to Florida without "The Bean" (aka Delaney). She has RSV and was told she should not travel with us. It's not fair - but this is what children with CF battle! Not fair - but we are fighting for her! That is what this race is all about!

What was I thinking....
So, Papa Sag planned a family weekend at the family's mountain house in PA. We agreed to go but we had to get a 9-10 mile run in over weekend! Ummm 10 miles, mountains ??????? We should have planned a long run during the week! We didn't.
In 2007, I was training for a half/full marathon and once ran 5 miles up the mountains on the rolling hills on a gorgeous Spring day! YESTERDAY was 25 degrees, and there was snow and ice on the road. It was horrible and Brian and I pushed to run 8.5 miles! Can't wait for the sunny Florida weather! Only 13 more days until the race!
Thank you to our new sponsors: Brother Jay and my new friends Julia, Chris and Chris E!

A 9 mile Valentine's Day run!
Usually Brian and I spend Valentine's day TOGETHER but today I had to run our Valentine's day run ALONE! Brian has a terrible shin splint so he walked 5 miles while I ran. We are almost there - I am SURE we can finish our half marathon with a decent time too! Thanks to all the donations this week! Happy Valentine's Day!

Team Bean on A Mission!
I am EXCITED to announce that we now have 23 Sponsors! Thank you Aunt Michelle and Uncle Brian, Aunt Lynn and Uncle Angelo, Jill and Anthony, Aunt Darlene and Family and Grandma Vera!
Only a MONTH left until the race - this week we found it hard to find the time for our 5mile, 3mile, 5 mile runs! (The snow didn't help either) BUT Saturday we were lucky enough to run with Jil (Bean's Mom and Team Bean's Leader). It was 21 degrees outside and we managed to get in 8 miles! THANK YOU Jil and Bree for pacing us! I can't wait to run with you in Florida! It is going to be AMAZING!

About Halfway there!
Oh, I am so overwhelmed by the support of our friends, we have 15 miles sponsored! It is amazing! 36 more days to our race!
This week I met another little girl with CF! My little Julia, who is 9 months! She is currently in the hospital with a flare - Again I am reminded why it is SOO necessary to support Hope4Delaney and the CF foundation! So please, help us to get to our goal!
8 miles seriously was KILLER today, it took me about 10 minutes to get off the floor after the run! I hope I can stand tonight when we go out for dinner. I am going to eat like a pig!
Well, Happy Birthday MOM! Amy
